Meet Patricia Patricia A. Bridewell’s love for reading transitioned to a desire for writing reality-based Inspirational Romance, and Women’s Fiction. She is a nurse practitioner, holds Adjunct Nursing Faculty positions at two universities, and is a blogger. Her passions are reading, writing, and helping people. She also loves music and spending time with her family. Her debut novel Reflections of a Quiet Storm was published in 2009. The second, A Generation of Curses 2nd Edition, co-authored with her daughter-in-law, hit the Amazon’s Best Seller’s List and received the 2013 Readers’ Favorite Book Award Contest in the Christian Fiction genre. In 2014, the book received the International Book Award in the category of Fiction: African-American. She also had the privilege of contributing to the Brown Girls Books AALBC Best Selling Anthology, Single Mama Dating Drama, the anthology Love Walked In was released by Tymm Publishing, and she has contributed to six other anthologies and several healthcare articles. Her latest book releases are Two Steps Past the Altar (2018), Rhythm Bay Love (2020), & Confessions: Secrets & Lies Revealed was published by Brown Girls Books in (2020), She is a member of the National Black Nurses Association/Council of Black Nurses - L.A. Chapter, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing - NU Xi At Large Chapter, American Nurses Association, and the International Black Writers & Artists - L.A.
